Thank you for your interest in joining the TLT-Texas Leadership Blackland Prairie Advisory Council. Our council members play a critical role in shaping the next generation of leaders by ensuring our curriculum remains at the forefront of regional growth and professional excellence.
Before You Begin:
Time Commitment: This application takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
Preparation: We recommend having a brief list of your recent community impact projects and a clear understanding of your professional availability.
Selection Process: Applications are reviewed April through July Annually. If your professional background aligns with our current strategic needs, a member of our leadership team will reach out for a follow-up conversation.
Council Member Responsibilities:
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that Advisory Council members are expected to:
Attend Monthly Meetings: Actively participate in strategic planning sessions (virtual or hybrid).
Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Offer insights into regional workforce trends and leadership development.
Advocate for Inclusion: Support TLT’s mission of making leadership development accessible to all, including individuals with disabilities.
