TLT Leading Leaders Intern Program for ages 15, and older explore the hands-on opportunities to gain valuable experience to integrate with their career path in mind while developing leadership qualities and skills with hands-on curriculum-based opportunities. These positions are all remote which allows us to serve many youths, in many locations, and inclusive to all.
Grades 7th - 10th learn basic real life soft-skills, program objectives, skills training, higher education and career readiness through group discussions, hands on exercises, and program benefits. speakers and presentations about the civic, corporate, charitable and educational opportunities right in their community.
TLT Youth Leadership Academy
7th-12th grade ISD students, homeschool or private schools explore leadership dynamics, social service organizations, financial literacy, servant leadership, community growth and education, community health and safety, community government and community culture and leisure.
Webinars and Workshops for Young Adults 14-17 and Adults 18 and older interested in learning how to start a small business or become certified as one of many high-demand, high-wage career fields including automotive, construction, hvac, plumbing, welding etc.
